Each possible number combination has a liability limit, which is the potential total payout. When this limit is reached for a particular number combination, nobody will be able to select that combination for that draw. This ensures that the Arkansas Lottery will be able to pay out everyone who wins in full, even if that number combination is drawn. The liability limit can be modified at any time at the discretion of the Office of the Arkansas Lottery (OAL).
All Cash 3 prizes can be claimed from Arkansas Lottery retailers, or from claim centers in the state. Only if you had multiple wins on a ticket, taking your total payout to more than $500, would you not be able to claim from a retailer.
